How do I book a chauffeur by the hour?

Simply book your hourly chauffeur above or in our app:

  • Select the pickup location.

  • Choose the duration, day, and start time.

  • Pick a vehicle class that suits your needs.

  • Provide additional information such as your itinerary in the “Comment” field. 

  • Complete your booking, and enjoy your private chauffeur service !


How do I create an itinerary for the hourly ride?

While it’s not necessary to disclose your itinerary ahead of time, you can add it in the “Notes for the chauffeur” field.

When will I receive the chauffeur's contact information?

The chauffeur’s name and telephone number will be sent to the passenger one hour before pickup via email and SMS. This message also contains the make, model and license plate number of the vehicle. If you booked for someone else, this information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided in the booking process.

How do I communicate with the chauffeur between stops?

For ease of use, we recommend downloading the app and using the chat feature. 

Alternatively, you can contact the chauffeur via the telephone number that will have been sent to you one hour before pickup via email and SMS.

Does the chauffeur speak English?

CHAUFFEUR PROXI chauffeurs speak basic English as well as the local language of the country the ride is conducted in.

Can the chauffeur pick me up in one city and drop me off in another city?

Our by-the-hour service is designed for journeys with multiple stops within the same city, perfect for a day of engagements with your chauffeur on standby. This service includes 20 kilometers of travel per booked hour and must conclude in the same city where it started. If the ride ends outside the starting city, additional charges will apply for the chauffeur’s return journey, covering both distance and time.

If you plan to travel between cities, we recommend booking a city-to-city ride instead.

Can I book a chauffeur for several days?

You can book the by-the-hour service on our website from 2 to 24 hours.

If you require a chauffeur for several days, please contact Customer Care via chat or email at info@driver2go.fr.

Can I extend the number of hours I’ve booked?

Yes, you can edit your booking before it starts via our app or website.

If your booking has already started and you want to extend, please let the chauffeur know and they will confirm with CHAUFFEUR PROXI. If the chauffeur is available, your account will be charged the additional time after the booking is finished.

Can I add child seats to the booking?

Yes, this is possible. Please select the Confort or Business Van/SUV vehicle class and add the required child seat in the “Notes for the chauffeur” field. We will do our best to organize a child seat ahead of time.
